Taquari-Palmas

Mission Congregation - Taquari is a new neighborhood located close to the airport in Palmas, Tocantins.  Home meetings were begun when a family from the first Good News Church in Santo Amaro neighborhood, relocated to this area.  A prime property has been purchased with a donation from CGGC churches and a small temporary meeting place was built.

Pray for missionary Mike Poe and wife Natinha as they head up the efforts to develop a core group for a church plant in this needy area.

Pray for God to raise up a national pastor to accept the challenge of this church plant.
